It's been about a month since I started my Plexus Journey & it's time for my first check in! I have been drinking one (sometimes two) packets of the Slim every day.

I'm feeling more energetic and happy after starting Plexus. The twins haven't had any reaction since I started drinking the slim either, that's the one thing I was worried about. I have noticed clothing fitting better, shirts more then pants right now. I have decided to not weigh myself, I'd prefer to just keep track of inches. Can you believe that after one month I lost 4 1/2" on my waist?! I had to measure myself three times and message a Plexus Ambassador to see if it is ever possible.
